Our platform primarily offers digital training. Where no physical goods are supplied, there is no return delivery cost. If we have supplied physical goods and a return is agreed, we will inform you whether you or we bear the cost of return delivery, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act and our terms.

Non-Returnable Items

- Where you have substantially completed or consumed the digital content and return would be unreasonable
- Where the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply (e.g. business purchases in certain circumstances)
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act remain unaffected where the Act applies.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before we have provided access to the product or started delivery, where applicable. Once access has been granted or delivery has started, cancellation may not be available; instead, you may request a return or refund in line with this policy and the return period.
Refund Procedure
When a refund is approved:
